"Unfortunately, Ashton Ellis’s team we’re incapable of transferring my police from Seattle,WA to SD, Ca for various months. Once I called they apologized but kept on messing up my monthly billing and quoting incorrect pricing. Every time I called they would apologize get to the bottom of it and said they would get back to me and weeks would pass before receiving any kind of response. Would call either Chris or Collin for an update and they would both be flustered after weeks of waiting for a response. ( still waiting on the billing issue response from Chris that I made before July 4th and you told me you would get back to me after the holidays). Turns out they submitted the same policy twice and I keep getting double billed from State Farm. Finally had to go talk to the main headquarters and other State Farm agents to tell me that this office messed up my policy incredibly. Update: Still not rectified by anyone at this office I would stay away from lazy agents like this"
